GENERAL
1. When and where the ECE Exchange takes place ?
The ECE Exchange will be held on 12-13 October at the Warsaw Expo XXI Centre.
2. At what time the fair starts?
Fairs starts at 13:00 on a first day (12.10.2023), end at 18:00. On the next day (13.10.2023) trade fairs will take place between 9:00 and 17:00.
3. What is the price of tickets to the fair and the gala dinner?
Entrance ticket for ECE Warsaw – € 290,00
Gala Dinner ticket – € 200,00
4. How can I get the ticket to the fair and the gala dinner?
Tickets are available only on our website till the end of 13th of October.

There is no possibility to pay by cash on the day of the event. Payments method

5. Where can I park my car and is parking free?
There is an underground parking. There are over 1000 parking places.
Entrance address: 12/14 Ignacego Prądzyńskiego St., 01-015 Warsaw.
GPS navigation data: N 52°13’27,91″ E 20°57’43,88″.
EXPO XXI Parking is paid. Price list:
One-day ticket – 50,00 PLN
Two-days ticket – 78,00 PLN
Three-days ticket – 104,00 PLN
Hourly rate is – 8,00 PLN/hour.
Cars equipped with LPG systems are not allowed to enter the underground parking.

6. What are the types of booths?
We offer 4 standard booths types: 9m2 (type A), 18m2(type B), 36m2 (type C), 12m2(type D), which can be combined according to space availability.
7. What are the options for purchasing space?
We have three options for purchasing space:
1. Purchase only the space: € 350 x m2
2. Purchase of Modular Stand Package
– Modular Stand 9m2 (type A) € 4 800,00
– Modular stand 18m2 (type B) € 8 900,00
– Modular stand 36m2 (type C) € 15 000,00
– Modular stand 12m2 (type D) – € 7 500,00

8. What is included in each Modular Stand Package?
Modular Stand 9m2 (type A) includes modular stand, carpet, table, 2 chairs, basic lightning, WiFi, basic power connection, graphic on a back + logo in the front, 1 ticket to ECE Warsaw, logo on the website, logo in the ECE Warsaw Catalogue
Modular stand 18m2 (type B) includes modular stand, carpet, table, 4 chairs, basic lightning, WiFi, basic power connection, graphic on a back + logo in the front, 3 tickets to ECE Warsaw, logo on the website, logo in the ECE Warsaw Catalogue
Modular stand 36m2 (type C) includes modular stand, carpet, 2 tables, 8 chairs, basic lightning, WiFi, basic power connection, graphic on a back + logo in the front, 4 tickets to ECE Warsaw, logo on the website, logo in the ECE Warsaw Catalogue
Modular stand 12m2 (type D) includes modular stand, carpet, table, 2 chairs, basic lightning, WiFi, basic power connection, graphic on a back + logo in the front, 2 tickets to ECE Warsaw, logo on the website, logo in the ECE Warsaw Catalogue
9. Can I order a customized booth build?
Yes of course. We can offer customized booth. Please provide us all informations about your requirements via e-mail: info@ecewarsaw-2023.eu and we will contact You with a person responsible.
10. Is it possible to have our own company which will build our stand? Or we must take your modular stands.
There are three options:
1. Modular Stand Package which includes a booth and furnitures (You can see it on a visualization)
2. You can order an individual project of a booth and make it with our certified local company (if You would like to do so, please contact us via e-mail: info@ece-warsaw2023.eu)
3. You can bring your own booth with your local supplier and build it on your rented space (in EXPO halls)
11. Would you have the set-up and dismantle times?
Set-up is possible on 10th and 11th of October between 10:00 and 22:00. Dismantling time is from 13th from 18:30 till 22:00 and on the next day (14th of October).
12. What would be the maximum height for building the walls?
The standard height in accordance with fire regulations is 2.8m, above this height you need the organizer’s permission and an additional fee is charged.
13. Where can I buy additional furniture?
Shortly there will be a possibility to buy additional furniture like tables, chairs and more on our website.
14. Where can I buy additional services?
Shortly there will be a possibility to buy additional services like electrical connections, water connections, advertising and more.
15. Can I order catering at the booth?
You can serve the catering only from one, certified catering company through our website. There is a possibility to order catering at the booth. We have prepared a lot of options traditional polish food, international food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks etc.

16. Can I offer food at my booth?
Yes but only from our certified partner. There is a possibility to order catering at the booth. We have prepared a lot of options traditional polish food, international food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks etc.

17. What are the types of partnerships?

18. How do we get a ticket?
Ticket will be delivered later on your account on the ECE Warsaw website. You can either print it or download to your mobile phone. It is important to have it with You at the entrance to the EXPO XXI building on a day of Trade Fairs.
19. I don`t want to buy a booth on a trade fairs. Are there any other options to have some space for a meetings etc.?
Yes, there are few other options.

Also You have got a possibility to reserve a conference room on the first floor at the trade fairs (EXPO XXI hall) – active soon
20. When and where do we need to submit our stand design for approval?
No later than 31 August 2023.
GALA DINNER
21. When and where the ECE Gala Dinner takes place ?
The ECE Gala Dinner will be held on October 12 at the Służewiec Racecourse

22. What is the price of tickets to the Gala Dinner?

23. How can I get the ticket to the gala dinner?
Tickets are available only on our website till the end of 12th of October (or until the tickets run out).

24. Can I reserve a table at the Gala Dinner?
Tables are reserved only for a Board of ECE and Gold, Silver, Bronze Partners. Every table at the Gala Dinner is for 12 persons. In case your Company ensures the presence of 12 people on the Gala Dinner it is possible to reserve the whole table for You and your Guests exclusively. Please inform us via e-mail (info@ece-warsaw2023.eu) with the name of the company and the list of 12 people. Then we will confirm You with table which will be prepared for You and your Guests.
