Conference rooms booking
We offer all Partners and participants the opportunity to rent conference rooms for business meetings. The conference floor is located in the central part of the EXPO XXI Warsaw complex on the first floor.
Rooms available
Four conference rooms of different sizes are available for rent. The number of people depending on the arrangement of chairs.
- Room A: 12 x 9 m (108 m2) - from 10 to 50 people
- Room B1: 6 x 6 m (36 m2) - from 8 to 16 people
- Room B2: 6 x 7 m (42 m2) - from 8 to 20 people
- Room B3: 5 x 6 m (30 m2) - from 8 to 15 people
Rental price
EUR 300 VAT included per hour
Possibility of renting the conference rooms is on 12-13.10.2023 during the opening hours of European Commodities Exchange:
- 12.10.2023, 13:00 - 18:30
- 13.10.2023, 9:00 - 17:00
